The three-legged cat won the heart of the veterinarian who helped him change his life.

A beautiful Burmese cat just over 2 weeks old was saved from a tough position when he was discovered stuck in a box spring in an apartment in Manhattan, New York (United States). The little kitten had one of its legs amputated and was sent to the Veterinary Emergency Group for emergency medical treatment.

Etienne, the cat, need 24 hour intensive care. So Camille Duvieusart BVMS, the clinic’s emergency doctor, decided to take him in so that the kitten could receive the finest care possible while preparing for his operation. The fluffy white kitten was a fighter with a strong determination to survive.

Little Wanderers NYC, a New York City-based animal rescue organization, said:

“He was turned over to the Veterinary Emergency Group ( VEG ), who called us for assistance, and we were pleased to help.”

The vet fell in love with a three-legged kitten.

The new mother took care of anything the kitty needed, and the household dog stepped up to provide a hand and give affection. Despite his small stature and early age, the danger of infection was quite high, requiring operation as soon as possible.

The following items may be found in the rescue center:

“The surgeons at Animal Medical Center decided that waiting was too dangerous, so they operated on him when he was too little. The operation went well.

After the surgical operations, Etienne began to feel better and surmounted every challenge. Finally, he was permitted to return home with Dr. Camille, and he gradually gained her heart.

The kitty was relaxed and peaceful. He even liked spending the day with his new doggy best friend, who never left his side and went out of his way to make him feel protected.

Etienne began to feel better after the surgical procedures and was able to overcome every obstacle. He was finally allowed to return home with Dr. Camille, and he slowly won her heart.

The kitten was calm and comfortable. He even enjoyed spending the day with his new dog best friend, who have never left his company and moved out of his way to ensure he was safe.

Little Wanderers NYC personnel stated:

“In a terrible accident at a hoarder’s house, Etienne lost part of his leg. With this damage, he must have been in his sixth life. He suffered a full limb amputation and is doing well thanks to the excellent personnel at Animal Medical Center.”

The three-legged kitten has a fresh lease on life; he now has a loving family, a mother who looks after him, and a loyal dog with whom he can play and fight. You will never have to worry about food or safety again.

You may now safely run around your house’s corridors, receiving plenty of attention and care.

Finally, the rescue center issued the following statement:

“This gorgeous kitty survived the accident, had her leg amputated, and runs quicker than a full-speed bullet.”
