With that approval in hand, Lizzy continued her practice diligently.While expecting, Lizzy and Josh, who usually globe-trot teaching acroyoga, took a break, settling in Washington, D.C., in anticipation of their baby’s arrival. Remarkably, Lizzy persisted in her acroyoga practice until just a few days before giving birth.
Now, with her newborn son David in her arms, Lizzy wasted no time reintegrating acroyoga into her life. She’s gradually involving David in the art form, introducing him to acrobatic movements. Her hope is that he’ll grow up enjoying acrobatics as much as she does.
