In mid-February, tire repairers Ozimar Queiroz and Lindomar Queiroz were taken by surprise when they arrived early to work at the tire workshop located on Estrada do Belmonte, North Zone of Porto Velho. This was due to a dog аЬапdoпed at the roadside. The gentle creature was thin, had splayed paws, and was able to walk.

When Ozimar, also known as Galego, learned about the dog’s situation, he made the decision to take care of him until he could find the family who would adopt him. However, it’s been 20 days and the dog still has a permanent home.

“I will throw it in front of the field. We arrived in the morning and he was there. He gave us grief, we help him here and we feed him, but the poor thing is in this situation over there. He doesn’t walk because his two front legs are drawn back,” he said.

Because of his position on the board, the dog was affectionately called Seal, since he can’t move because he has both paws open. The pet mechanics moved him several times during the day, but the dog always ended up crawling on the road. to interact with the only animal company available, a stray cat that walks through the tire lot.

According to Liпdomar Qᴜeiroz, the dog is docile and needs veterinary care, but he cannot afford it.

“Because of its appearance, we call it a seal.” He was thinner when we caught him, but he is already fat because we are feeding him. He is full because of the rain, but here it doesn’t matter to you,” declares Liпdomar.

The auto repair workers who discovered the pit on the road helped him last almost three weeks, providing him with food and water. At first he called him “Seal”, but Michele took him in and changed his name permanently.
